The Oblivion download area is split in to two sections.

Oblivion Downloads

This is all the old mods previously made and released before I quit the Elder Scrolls community, these mods where uploaded to 3 sites and are often the ones people tamper with on those other sites. I expect to see these turning up in other places since they where originally hosted in other places.  Its harder to enforce my wishes and complaints often got ignored because of that lax attitude towards the legal site of things. So I expect these to be a continued source of trouble. 

Oblivion Downloads (NEW GUILD ONLY RELEASES)

These files are hosted in accordance with UK law and various copy right laws. Everything about how these files are presented and even install makes it easy for me to deal with those who abuse them and my rights in the future. The exe installer that all come with, the protected links, the download area description, everything is set up so I can legally deal with YOU if you do to these releases what trolls did to those old ones in the other download area. 

Also if I ever need to make a complaint against a hosting site again, the setup here allows my solicitor to make the complaint on my behalf. So my complaints will not be ignored in the future :)  

The Guild

This is the last available download location for my Oblivion mods and the safest place to get them from. No mod I uploaded was still online after April 2009, because trolls had made sure they got taken down and whilst some sites put them back months later, I was not the one that sent them those files and I have no idea where they got them from. All I do now is fakes where being released without my permission and against my wishes freely during this time and most where dangerous to your saved games. My complaints at the time where either ignored or got me punished for daring to make a complaint.

Hense the legal aspect of the downloads you see made today.

So this site is the last site hosting all my original mods that can still prove they came directly from me. All over sites have files that came from unknown sources during as time when trolls where attacking me constantly and making dangerous releases. 

So your advised to delete any mods you downloaded from other sites and download them again from the guild for your own sake. 

And remember, this is the last site to host the original mods and as such, if anything happens to it, you lose everything. So you might want to sick up for it if trouble brews and support it at times of need. 

Also given our NO Trolls Policy on the forum, you trolls out there might want to accept our offer to allow you to download the mods and leave without posting. The reason I issue this friendly warning is that people we ban for trolling on our forum lose download access completely. So if you know your a troll, you might want to avoid our forums because your not welcome and not wanted. Just download the mods and go. At least that way you will always be able to download them. The other way you will lose that right.

The No Linking Rule.

Just a quick reminder that because of past trouble we ban people for posting links to this site from Beth or Nexus forums. We do not want the trolls from those sites turning up here. We do often ignore links from other sites though, but do not encourage them either. 

We get our visitors from the old modding 4 fun site, google and youtube so if you want to tell your friends about us, tell them to google us or look for us on youtube and they will find use easily.
