Below is some research for a Morag Tong Mod that can be made with a limited number of voice actors. Whether this becomes a stand alone Dragonborn DLC mod or part of the House Redoran Mod is yet to be decided. I'll talk about this in more detail in my blog later.
Morag Tong Lore Research.
The Morag Tong exist only in Morrowind having been outlawed from every where else. They worthship Mephala and Sithis and usually have a Shrine to Mephala in their hide outs.
The Nightmother also known as Matron is usually a title given to the most senior female assassin in the sect, also thought to be Mephala. But after 2E 324 it is thought the Morag Tong switched to worshiping Vivec in order to secure its survival in Morrowind after being outlawed and purged from the rest of Tamriel after the assassination of the last of the Reman Dynasty and Potentate Versidae-Shae.
The Darkbrother was born as a result of the purge of the Morag Tong and became the Morag Tongs deadliest enemy. A so called silent war exists between them.
Mephala, along with Boethiah organized the clan systems that would lead to the establishment of the Great Houses of Morrowind.
Mephala created the Morag Tong and is also known as the Black Glove. It is to the Black Glove that recruits swear their oaths. Morag Tong are led by a Grand Master who typically chooses who will become a member based on Honour and Skill.
The Morag Tong seek only honourable and skilled members, typically looking for shortsword, sneak, bow and illusion skills amongst their members.
Their Guild Hall usually has merchants that keep them supplied with the things the Guild members need.
Contracts take the form of Legal Writs of Execution.
There are three varieties of execution: public executions, private executions, and House Wars executions. These are carried out as religious duties rather than for profit as is the case in the Dark Brotherhood.
Secret extralegal 'grey writs' are also thought to exist but these are only rumours.
Some surviving examples of legal morag tong writs include poetry and code and are are often used to prove a murder was sanctioned if the assassin is caught. Though being caught tends to result in a lost of status within the Morag Tong.
