Chorrol now looks like it was supposed to look thanks to a little modding on my part. Most of the things mentioned in the Guide to Chorrol are now represented in the city in CUO Chorrol and the rest will be following in future versions. 

CUO Chorrol is a little different from other city overhauls in that its not an attempt to change the city completely, its simply adding back what was missing and enhancing the look and feel of chorrol so it feels more like chorrol and less like a city made with the same models as every other city. The eye candy improvements alone make sure chorrol looks and feels more unique and that does not even include the other features added so far. 

So lets talk about the changes briefly....

Version 1 contains some considerable improvements over the WIP 0.1a version released previously but lets list the main changes in CUO Chorrol over the original Chorrol.

Retexturing of the Chapel and Garden Walls so they use Chorrol stone, this has the effect of making Chorrol look more like Chorrol than the original version. I did this in Kvatch Rising and most players loved it so here I am doing it to Chorrol too. 

Added a lot of extra Ambient Audio to enhance the sounds of the city, even the wells have a dripping sound if you listen carefully. 

Added a functional mining industry to the city.

Added a Timber industry to the city.

Added Sheep related industries to the city.

Added Packages to the religious NPCs so they actually attend church on sundays. 

Created an order of Monks dedicated to Stendarr to support the Religious side of things. 

Added a Hammerfell Trading Company to enforce the idea that Chorrol is the gateway to the northern Provinces. 

Lots of other improvements have been made but those are the main ones that stand out. Eye candy changes have been made of course but in my opinion those are not as important as the features above, even if eye candy is nice to have.
