I have put a few feelers out in various communities asking what they want to see me make for Skyrim next. I have had some good ideas so far, here are a list of my favourite ideas, including ones I want to make.
Legion
Fighters Guild
Orc Stronghold
Bards College
Hunting Lodge
Those are the top 5 ideas for the next mod (so far) and here are my thoughts about each.
The Legion
This will be part 1 of a 3 part mod, 3 parts because its actually the storm crown mod idea divided up. The idea behind this one is to provide basic Legion support. Instead of doing what I did for the Elder Council, this time I thought I would have the player do patrols anyway they want, but meet up with NPCs on route and get reports of bandits and things that need taking care of. So if you fast travel to the end, you miss the quest. All quests for this mod would be given as a result of reports whilst on patrol. Perhaps even have reports that must be taken to your commander to trigger another quest.
Fighters Guild
I have not been happy with the Companions quest, I didnt want to be a werewolf and it never did immerse me in the role of companion. I think a Fighters Guild somewhere in the south of the country would work well in Skyrim. It could handle all sorts of jumps from taking care of forlorn raiders to dealing with bandits and other things. Lots of options for a good fight here.
Orc Stronghold
Running my own orc stronghold has always been something I wanted to do, being chief of the clan, having my own mage and warriors, whats not to like. Lots of potential here.
Bards College
This is something that is pathetic in the default game, so my first idea for this was to allow the player to make money by traveling between taverns and playing songs. The entire experience would require the players controls be disabled as the player character played the song and only allow the player to get paid if the player finishes the song. But this is not enough on its own for a full bard mod. So your ideas are welcome here.
Hunting Lodge
This has proven a popular idea on this website, not only being able to sell things you kill at the lodge but getting challenges to hunt down special game to complete quests and really immerse you in the hunters life seems to be something everybody wants. So this is high up the list.

OH! And maybe there could be some time magic finagling that lets you visit a historic scene as it happened!
Hunting loge
Orc strong holds
legion
Bards collage (tho i agree with Nakia the collage is a bit of a joke)
Fighters guild (and yes i agree with Morgan they do have no hold in skyrim but the companions do need a fix i fond them to be more boring then the mage collage quests.)
I love the idea of a hunting loge mod because i love only a bow type character but hate that the medium Armour guilds are murders and thieves, stereotypical much.
Tho personally all your mods are fantastic and I will play them anyhow
I would like a fighters guild at some point, just so I do not have to join the companions. I often rush through it and pretend I did not do it. So then I can use the forge lol.
The Legion I think would be the most interesting.
The Bards College is a joke good luck with that one
Orc's Stronghold if you can do something with that perverted socity Beth invented
Fighter's Guild well you can't beworse than Beth's Oblivion FG was
1. Legion
2. Orc Stronghold
3. Bards College
4. Hunting Lodge
5. Fighters Guild
The reason I placed Fighters Guild last, is that the Fighters Guild has been established to have no presence in skyrim. Admittedly, you could get around this quite easily by having a character try tom set up a Guild in Skyrim, but it would take a bit of work to make it seem like part of the game, rather than an obvious add-on.
Other than that one concern, your mods are quite good, and I'm sure whatever you choose to work on will be great.
With the patrol idea, is this still part of the Imperial Fort idea or are they different?
