The Telvanni Hall mod for Skyrim has been released and is now available to download from Steam Workshop, see our download area for links and information.

Here is the intro from the docs.

200 years before the current Skyrim Time frame, the Oblivion Crisis came to an end and Red Mountain erupted, destroying a good portion of Morrowind. The Argonians took advantage of the Dunmers misfortune and Invaded Morrowind. Destroying House Telvanni in an act of revenge for years of slavery. Scattering the remaining Telvanni mages and wiping out the ruling family.

Or so they thought.

A sole survivor of the ruling family of House Telvanni, born around the time these events too place is saved and raised by the Argonians before moving to Skyrim to sell his wears in Riften, unaware of just who he is. A wrecked boat on the coastline near Winterhold holding the only clue to his real identity. Mean while other descendants of mages of House Telvanni attend the College of Winterhold.

Against the backdrop of those events, other Telvanni mages fled across land, down the Dunmeth Pass to Windhelm. Where they made their home amongst the down trodden Dunmer in the Grey Quarter.

200 years have passed since those events too place and yet the events remain within the living memory of the long lived Dunmer. Several of the Telvanni mages that fled Morrowind pooled their remaining wealth and established Telvanni Hall in Windhelm. A special place where the Telvanni mages could maintain their culture and beliefs and continue practising magic in their own way.

The now ageing mages know it is time to take in new blood and pass their believes and culture along to a new generation of mages or their culture will die with them. So they start accepting new members in to their hall.

But being a Dunmer is Skyrim is a hard life, the Nords are not exactly welcoming to the hard done by refugees and many Argonians still seek revenge on the remaining Telvanni for the enslavement of many of their kin during the centuries before the eruption of Red Mountain.

Being a Dunmer in Skyrim is bad enough, being a Telvanni is worse, but being a Dunmer Telvanni Mage in Windhelm... well that is what this mod is all about.

Features

A player owned room
10 Quests the player can do, 11 total (at the time of writing)
A Dremora Companion
Custom Spells.
All fully voice acted.

Special Note

Between Bethesda Bugs and a crapped out Creation kit, getting edits made and getting them to stay edited was a real battle with this mod. It very nearly never got released at all.

To my Voice Actors

I would just like to send a special thank you to everybody who submitted voice lines for this mod, even those who did not get chosen. The resulting in dialogue sounds great, I think you will agree when you see it, it was worth it :)

Star of the show is definitely Daniel with his Dremora voice :)
