Here is an interesting blog for you, I call it the Blog of DOOM because Doombuggy wrote it. He has a story about how Ubisoft puts its own customers at risk by releasing DRM designed to protect its games at our expense and goes on to explain the results a Google Engineer named Tavis Ormandy found when Ubisofts DRM started doing things to his computer it really should not be doing.

Update: Look whatr popped up on firesfox today. UPlay = Ubisoft btw, this is their official plugin that goes with the DRM mentioned above. Looks like it is being considered a security risk in more than place now.

Update:

Users need to close their browsers and run one of Ubisofts games that supports Uplay and access Uplay, this should force an update and download the fix. For Anno2070, just launching the game is enough.
